What is the difference between the Sport and the Off-Road suspensions?
I know the shocks are different... what about the coil springs and leaf springs. Basically what did Dodge do different to get the added 2 inches of lift?
a sport may or may not have the off road package. Sport just means it has body color grilles and bumpers but stock suspension. Off roads have taller coils and I think taller leaf springs but don't take my word on that last part.
I was using the Sport as a point of reference as it is the model I have. Sorry for the confusion. My main interest is to find out what the off-road model has to give it the 2" lift vs. the non-off road.
My thoughts we larger front springs, additional rear leaf and different shocks.
