When the temperature drops below 50 or so, and I don't give my truck at least a few minutes of warming up (even if the block heater has been plugged in) It sometimes will stall when I shift it out of park. Also, when I first start out, usually when the torque converter locks at 35MPH (with OD off, 45MPH with OD on) it won't lock up, until I get a ways down the road.

What could cause this?

One more thing, today I drove the truck for the first time in a couple weeks. It was probably around 50 degrees out.

Anyway, after 3 or 4 cranks, it would kick over, then stutter and die. It did this about five times, then it finally stayed alive. I don't know if any of this is connected, but thought I'd mention it. Also the lift pump, and fuel filter were replaced this summer, so they should be good.
