I hear alot about skidplates. I ordered some Mopar skid plates from Lee auto parts. They came in today. I have heard they are plastic? Mine are a fairly impressive solid steel set. There isn't much to the transfer skid plate, (kinda narrow), but the front end one looks great. When it warms up a bit this weekend I'll slam 'em on the truck. They seem fairly heavy gauge and stout. I hope I don't have to find out! I plan to build this thing to Off-Road package standards, although I haven't decided about the tire size yet....:rck:

The one I just bought for my front axel, is much thicker than that one you bent the crap out of chad...lol.

I hope so. Those stock ones aren't meant for anything other than light abuse.
My current setup is much much stronger.

yeah, I had to modify it to work with the diesel, but it is on now, and should work good.
