What can anyone tell me about pro comp es 3000 shocks I have them on my 1999 Dodge Ram and dont care for them

They're twin tube shocks and they are cellular charged. This is kind of the "mid grade" of twin tubes between shocks that aren't charged at all and nitrogen charged shocks. Most people prefer either adjustable twin tubes (Rancho 9000) or monotubes (blistein, ect.), but they cost a lot more.

do you know anything about Rancho RSX sound good but looking for someone that is running them my wife has bad hips says the truck rides rough so thinking about changing a different shock

No personal experience, but I've heard they are valved pretty stiff, so they probably wouldn't be good either. The edelbrocks would probably be good for a smooth ride with their "inertia valve" deal, but again I don't have any personal experience with them.
