It's up to you man. It's your ride. Im sure that thing has saved tons of paint from being chipped up and beaten to death on the highway. Honestly tho I think it's got to be the ugliest bug deflector I ever did see. I would take it off if it were me. And Id never look at it again. But it could be handy in the winter with salt and cinders.

I think Id keep it to run on the car in the winter months and take it off when the snow stops flying. If thats possible.

hood/bumper bras work much better at fending off stone chips, and they look better than that thing. But to each his own. Personally, I just touch up the stone chips every fall and spring with a cheap little can of touch up paint. No biggie, it's not a show car.
