Has anyone with a 3.5L H.O. attempted to change their serp belt and air cond. belt? I have a 2000 Trep R/T and just want see see if this job is a little more than it is. I have changed many belts but this one looks pretty tight. Any advice would be appreciated. Some have replaced the idler pulley when they do this.

I am actually taking it a friend of mine who works in the plant and is a mechanic. I haven't got the time considering my schedule this week and it has to get done because my wife is leaving for a hockey tournament with my youngest son.
