I have adjusted the bumper, readjusted the bumper and it needs it again. Getting tired of crawling under the truck to do this. Is there a permanent fix for the sagging bumper?

mine did the same exact thing. all i did was torque the crap out of the bolts.... all of them

x2 and maybe lock tight the bolts just a thought

are the bolts actually coming loose? if so mabey lock washersand if you can find em big enough nylock nuts

after adjustin the bumper where you want it, put a few tack welds on the brackets. they shouldn't move after that and you can always grind them off if need be for removal.

I'll go with the welds. Bolts don't seem to be coming lose, just not holding.
