i want to put a roll bar on my 2002 Dodge Ram Q/C..4x4... a buddy mentioned to me that one of his friends took one off a Dodge Dakota..would that fit my truck...

Well being that a Dakota is smaller, I'm sure you can make it fit. Will it look good, I doubt it!!!!

^^^^Got to agree Think it would look small and the cab hights are dif so it would sit low too.

I think your biggest issue, is that it would be to narrow. I was looking for a roll bar for my '05 Ram as well. The problem I had was that I couldn't find one that mounted in front of, and on top of the wheel wells. All the bars I found mount in front of, and between the wells. I didn't want to give up any bed space, so I gave up on the idea. I'm sure even if the Dakota bar fit, and didn't look too bad, it would still be between the wheel wells, and greatly reduce the available space in your bed. I have no doubt, that you wouldn't be able to fit a sheet of plywood, or drywall in the bed without have to stand it on an angle. Just something to think about before dropping money on a bar.
