Hey not sure how much this info will help out but thought I would share what I found!
Here is a little sheet with all the bed/cab size and names for the RAM 1500, I have some for the Dakota, 2500, and 3500 as well. Not sure if I should cross post this to the other general discussions, I'll see if this info is helpful first!
