I have replaced my serpentine belt on my 2005 dodge ram 1500 V6 and very time I turn on my A/C and turn my wheels it is making a noise like a clicking sound.

If it is a fast click when there is load, it is most likely the belt tensioner. I have seen alot of that with these engines from the 3rd generation. If it is a click here and there with the A/C or when you have the defrost on, that is just the A/C compressor kicking on.

You may try putting the old one back on if the new one is aftermarket. I purchased one from oriellys auto parts awhile back and let me tell you it was sloppy. I took it back and threw the oem one back on, problem solved.
