There are numerous bolts holding it on right underneath the windshield rubber. I ended up cutting the rubber gasket just to get it out! It would be easy to do if you had the windshield removed. Sorry, I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear.

I have a completely stock la 360 in my 89 dodge w350, I recently bought headers and a new intake, I'm wanting to put a k20-224-4 cam kit in and wondering what needs to be upgraded, have heard you have to mill the heads just don't no how much, any suggestions would be appreciated
