HELP -- Need to redo blower motor. Got all out except for:

1) Disconnecting red plastic clip holding temperature control slide wire on A/C Heat control assembly

2) Top passenger instrument panel with air bag (have removed all top and front left screws as well as (four 10mm oxide hex bolts holding air bag
-- when looking through glove box.)
Panel will Not lift fully up as air bag seems to still be connected to door where it exits in top passenger bezel as well in front over bottom panel.

3) Lower passenger instrument panel loose but stuck behind top passenger panel.

This is resolved. Here's how:
1) Push on the red plastic tab and then push the wire by the red plastic toward the drivers side. The red plastic is a square which is surrounded by the black/gray plastic.
Think of it as a smaller red box inside a larger black/gray box, held in place with a a clip attached (part of) the red box.

2) One does NOT need to remove the upper passenger panel (with airbag) to get to the lower passenger panel. In fact the LOWER panel MUST be removed first as once the
lower panel is removed, there are three screws holding the UPPER panel to the frame which are hidden by the lower panel.

3) The LOWER passenger panel, once all screws are removed, is held in place just below the UPPER passenger panel by three flat tangs that just slide into holds in the supporting frame.
Insert ones hands between the lower panel and metal frame as far right and far left as possible, AND far up as possible, and then push the top part of the lower panel toward you.
Inserting several THIN putty knifes between the lower and upper panel prior to pushing seems to help to keep the LOWER panel from dragging on the bottom of the UPPER panel.
