I want to put the infinity reference 6.5" (6022i) in the rear doors of my 2008 QC. Has any one put this particualr speaker back there? I need to know because the is a shallow mount speaker (6022si) available. I need to know which one to get. Thanks alot. -- Martin:help:

I usually use Crutchfield to check what fits and what don't.
Acording to Crutchfield the 6022i don't fit but the 6022si does. Doesn't mean you can't make it fit, maybe others have tried. Hope this helps.

I ve heard something about washers
but i havent opened up my doors to check clearances and why it wouldnt work

Magnet depth is too deep in a standard mounting location, Magnet will hit window, a spacer or adapter board would need to be made!
