I've only ever taken my past vehicles to chain repair shops in my area (Dobbs and Autotire) and have been always fairly satisfied.

But now, with a new Ram, I'm interested in having a few things added in over time...and I wouldn't imagine rolling it into Dobbs is going be the best idea. I'm talking about mostly fairly simple things involving wiring -- but nonetheless things that I really have no interest in doing myself. For example, I just bought a "PowerGate" kit to hook the rear tailgate handle into the power door lock system.

So I need to find that place I can trust with small mod projects in my area, St. Louis. Any recommendations on picking a place?

And for those DT members in St. Louis, any recommendations on a specific shop?

I ran a handful of searches on DT but did not have a lot of luck. Any help would be very much appreciated.

your best seach for a shop in your area would be yahoo. My mod shop of choice is my garage and mechanic of choice is myself.except for things that are way beyond my capabilities.try searching for motorsports.
