Just curious, well acutually Im seriously going to do it...but has anyone or know of anyone that has swapped out their rear sliding window for a solid one? and how hard is it, or is there nothing too it, like the case comes out and a solid rear window goes in?

swapped slider to solid

My nephew just swapped his slider for a solid. He busted his while loading his 4-wheeler into his 07 quad. The solid window cost him $350 installed, but he had to remove the back seats. The shop was going to charge him $700 if they did it. He like the solid better but had to take it back because it was leaking, and they cut his headliner.

that aint a problem removing the seats, I guess Im just hesitating because I dont know which one I really want, I just dont have any use for the sliding glass, I would really like a rolled down electric rear window...but havent found one yet

I don't think one will be made for our model trucks. The back wall is not set up for it.
