It is pretty big. I think it looks smaller in real life though. When I put it on, I had to do a little juggling act to keep it from bumping into anything and rip the insulation. This thread answers a question that I had about the installation instructions. I think that they said that I may need to trim the washer tank cap or twist the washer tank cap so as to not rip the =AIR=RAM=> insulation. I was like "What are you talking about? The washer tank is no where near the end of the radiator."

Never assume this style is the only replacement, Craig had his fixed repeatedly and they used the old one. Just like when I had my door seals replaced they used the old style, not til I came in with the correct part #s did they do it right.

That should only happen if your dealer either has them in stock or your regional distribution center still has them. The earlier tanks and I think seals have been replaced by the "new" type. You can't get the "old" type anymore unless their sat on a shelf in a slow moving dealers.
Brother-in-law is a Dodge parts manager and he's the one that originally told me about the tank's. So if he can't get the "old" style tank not sure how anyone else can.

PS It's also nice to get parts and accessories at dealer cost +10%. One of the only reason's I put up with him.

Does anyone know if that combo tank design will work on an 02? Unfortunately the dealer closest to me will sell me anything as long as I am willing to pay for it, even though it may or may not fit.

Does or can anyone get any pictures of how the new tank setup hooks on to the shroud. I have trimmed mine for the electric fan to fit. I left the slot that the original wiper fluid tank "locks" into.

Or did ya'll get new shrouds too??? Let me know! Thanks.
