I just had a quick question. Is there is break-in period where you need to take it easy, or can you go out and drive it like normal from day 1? The reason I'm asking is because I've tried to take it easy for the first few hundred miles, but I screwed up this morning, and ran it up to the redline for a couple seconds (the truck has 400ish miles on it right now).

Thanks,
Nick

should be fine, I suggest press on the pedal a little more day by day and it will help it break in faster.

Drive it the way you want too.

Just don't put in any synthetic oil for next 8000 miles or so.

I redlined mine on the test drive before I knew that I was going to buy it lol. I'm sure your engine will be fine. Just remember to change the oil for the first time at 1500 miles to get all of the metal shavings out.
