Does anyone know if the winch mount hardware from the 2005 Dodge Power Wagon will fit the 2007 Dodge Ram Mega Cab Diesel??

Not positive......but I don't think so. That is one of the reasons that the PW doesn't come in the diesel. I believe the intercooler sits to low in the front, so the winch mount won't fit. I'm sure some more people will chime in with the answer.

+1...intercooler occupies space where the winch would be.
