power-wagon winch bumper

can i put the winch bumper and winch from a power wagon on to a 03-05 reg cab long bed ram 2500 4x4??? just want a clean look!

it's not really a whole bumper. It's just brackets behind the bumper that hold the winch. I'm pretty sure it's possible.
