I've got a 1994 2500 cummins td 4x4,while the engine is running the power steering is fine but if you switch it off and rock the steering fluid pours out of the cap on the power steering fluid bottle,anyone come across this?.thanks.

it is designed to operate running so it is not good to rock it and put undue stress on the factory parts. Might be a little over full do you have the external resovor
