06 mega cab power steering failing at low revs can be pulling up to turn at 10 to 15 mph to find no power steering very scary has anyone had any similar problem ?

I did, i thought for sure it was my pump, but i checked the fluid and found it to be a little low, and a small leak on my p/s cooler return hose. Replaced the hose and toped off the fluid, and haven't had any problems since. Dose it make a whining noise at low rpms?

Checked all the obvious belt tension & fluid level all Ok No leaks and no noise on full lock Strange its Ok for the first three miles in a morning is there any different viscosity PAS fluid i could try?

If you still have less than 36K miles just take it to the dealer.No need to break your head on a problem you dont need to worry about.The truck is still new.
