9500 fully loaded, 7500 dry, she is heavy but so far the dodge handles her fine. in 3 weeks will be our first fully loaded tripNICE!!!! I like my Springdale theyre just HEAVY.....
I pulled an 8k 36' travel trailer with my 2012 1500 Hemi 4x4 and couldn't hardly hold 70 in 4th. Over the course of 360 miles I got 4mpg. I don't buy the fact that you can tow an 11k trailer in 5th at 70mph.30 foot Toy hauler, 11 feet tall not including A/C 11,000lbs with 100 gallon water tank full and rhino in back
tows good at 70mph stays in 5th gear, hits 4th every now and then up steep hills, 7mpg ouch. does move around a little in 30mph cross wind
nothing special, 29' trailer
Keystone Sprinter 320BHS.
The truck had 250 miles on it when this picture was taken, took the camper to the Smokey Mountains for 11 days, 2500 miles on the truck when we returned.
Nothing like breaking in the truck right.
Upgraded from the old Coachman Catalina (posted somewhere earlier in this thread) to this 2016 Coleman (Dutchman) CTS262BH. Has one slide, 30ft, 6500lbs fully loaded. Broke it in this last weekend. Averaged 10.5mpg on this first trip. Tows great and is a nice upgrade from my old travel trailer. Family loves it.
I posted this elsewhere but thought I'd throw it in this thread as well :grin
Brand new 2016 Ram 2500 6.4, 4.10s and dual exhaust as well as a brand new 2015 Cougar 29ROB triple slide 5er!
