ported throttle body

I can get to a machine shop in my school and I've used the machines a few times, so I was wondering what would I do to a stock throttle body for a '96 dakota with a V8 to make it perform better

bETTER THROTLE RESPONSE

DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT, OR DONT DRIVE IT AT ALL

Drill it out to 51-52 mm depending on your other mods. You'll also have to create two throttle plates while your at it that are the same size. Also, remove the air horns that surround the opening of it.
