This How-To article covers a lot of different year models of trucks, vans & RamChargers as well as anything with a plastic fuel tank mainly 75-Current models

In setting my RamCharger up for a 5.9 Magnum swap I figured that I'd go carb at first then when the EFI kits became cheaper I'd fuelie it
In doing so I wanted to go as prepared as I could for EFI ahead of time, having to upgrade fuel line size required to use my Carter pump from 5/16" to 3/8"

Here's how I done it
First was forming a new diptube for the tank I used 3/8" aluminum with AN fittings & #6 90 degree bulkhead fitting formed like the original

You can upgrade to any size fuel line
The cut made in the original diptube is so it can be used for a return

It takes a 90 degree bulkhead fitting of the size you want #6=3/8" #8=1/2" line.
1)AN nylon washer
1)AN nut to secure the bulkhead fitting

1) section of aluminum tube bent to fit flared on one end I used a leftover piece from running my new fuel line
1)ferrel to fit flared tube
1)tube nut
1) sock filter

I ran a 5/16" return alongside my 3/8" feed to use when I Fuelie
I can take my Carter pump off the bracket I built & replace it with an AeroMotive when it comes time
