my only question with taking them off, is.. when take them off, i assume you are just using 3m tape to re-apply, and how do you line them back up as far as the letter spacing, and being straight, and not crooked and such..

im doing this to mine this weekend..

ps - consider painting your wheels black.. that would top that last picture off if it was all black

I used fishing string an started sawing right behind the letter I used the same tape that was already on there and that helped me putting them back i did about 3 weeks and they are still on and havent moved at all. I do want to paint the wheel just dont have the funds for it yet there is a guy charging me $200 to powder coat my wheels if i had the funds i would of done it already.

oic.. so you didnt even put new adhesive on there.. you just basically stuck them back on.. im thinking about taping along the bottom of it or something just to use as a guide maybe..

did you clean the sticky crap off the paint when you took the badges off, or just left all the gunk on there?

and did you clear coat them? what type of paint did you use?
