Is there a law that prohibits the # of candlelights for a headlight?I accidently hit the switch to a pair of overhead lights to a cop carat night time and she must of had a bad day cuzz she went behind me and pulled me over.I complimented on her beautiful blonde hair and she gave me a warning.
