I know I said I wouldn't do it BUT!
I got offered a garrett t03 turbo kit for my 2001 neon without intercooler, and is able to work off standard engine internals running at 8 psi boost. I only pay (would u believe) $800.00 us dollars for the kit!! Has a full warranty and looks like its gunna be really easy to fit.
I will let u guys know how it goes. Will definately be one of the fastest (if not the fastest) neon here in Aus. Not many of the neons here. I can't wait.
Should be good for about 260 - 270 hp (at fly wheel).
I can't wait! The neon addiction has bitten me. I have only had the car since december! lol
