what the heck is that smashed up crap under my truck where the cats collect into my 3" magnaflow, that thing cant be good for the flow of things anyhow im sure this will work much better its a magnaflow y pipe picked it up from moes performance it should complement a set of long tube headers nicly (if anyone will ever make a set for a 07 4x4) and a dmh cut out should also go nicly right in place on it!!

Is that long enough so that you can just cut the crap piece out and weld that in or do you have to really fab it up?

hemi1569 you have to fab it up, because the stock under tranny pipe's last bend is into the y-pipe. This needs a 90 degree turn and than a small pipe and than weld. only because of the spacing in between the 2 openings on the magnaflow y.

I just had my exhaust reworked when the headers went on...Magnaflow y-pipe, and yes it was easier to re-plumb the whole thing rather then trying to play cut and paste with the OEM y-pipe. here's the link to the pics if you haven't seen them already.. http://www.dodgetalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=177839

Thanks...I dunno the part number, but I got it at moe's performance. Mine is the 2.5"in x 3"out y-pipe.
