2006 2500hd Cummins

Been a long time since posting on here but have a weird drivers low beam issue.

-Other functions works fine, signal, high beams, fogs - only DS low beam failed
-No drivers low beam, only passenger side.
-Swapped bulbs from passenger side thinking was issue as did not work
-Plug is fine
-Wiring is fine

Here is the kicker,.. there is 12v and ground at the plug for the DS low beam circuit, but bulb doesn't work when plugged in. Would a weak TIPM DS low beam driver cut this power as soon as the bulb is plugged in? I was going to back prob to verify, but thought I would post to see on others thoughts.

Thanks

So resetting through touching the battery cables together didn't work,.. resetting the truck back to stock from efi live didn't work either

Back probed the low beam circuit with and without the light bulb,.. so as you plug it in loses voltage, remove bulb, voltage back. Must be a weak driver, i'll just connect to other side for now.
