I’m replacing my 5.2 240k (And very tired)in my 99 ram 1500 and I want a little more torque out of it but I don’t know what the stock cam is or what type of cam I would need to get the torque I want. 5.2 137k out of a 2001
I’ll be pulling a 20’ boat and camping gear up and over mountain passes
Or will the stock five point to work just fine?
thank you in advance

Replace it with a 5.9. The 360 was designed from the onset to be a heavy vehicle/truck engine. It'll always make inherently more power/torque just from the longer stroke.
