Would that be a direct bolt on without having to modify anything? It would be nice to "modernize" it. It only has 52k on it, so I imagine I will have it for a long time So 06+? How far up does that go for me to have a direct fit? Or did the looks stay the same for 06-08
DIRECT FIT! you will need an adapter for the headlights but thats about it. Plus the light output will be better with the newer head lights. Do you self a favor and get the headlights without the amber strip. You could even buy the Laramie bumper off ebay fairly cheap.
Lots of ideas, thanks. I was looking at newer rams, and just like the way the hood sits more flush with the bumper. On the 03, the bumper sticks outs a ways. Maybe I'm just TO used to it, or TO used to seeing the new rams, lol.
Alright, here’s my issues.. I have a 02 4.7 and a 03 4.7, different tones rings in the engine so I swapped engine and harness and fuse box, still no go, so swapped fuel pump, smog, harness and dash harness, had 6 codes 4 srs and 2 abs
Tone wheel and tire speed so swapped abs module
My beloved 03 Ram 1500 4x4 is heading to the boneyard I'm afraid, the frame broke on both sides , it looks like corrosion on the inside is the culprit. It has around 199,200 miles on it , I was really hoping to hit 200,000 soon it runs like a top the a/c blows cold and it starts right up best...
2006 1500 Sport 2WD. driver side front started making noise something like I was on big mud tires but with a grit. It came on at the end of a 2hr drive. I drove it around and no vibration, no relation to breaking, just rotating and starts to become noticeable at 15MPH and feels too scary to go...
I appear to have a vent tube next to my shifter on my manual transmission.
Any ideas on where I can find the proper cap for this?
Its the silver tube to the bottom right of the orange boot.
