My "Lamp Out" light came on. I found the culprit to be a brake light. The brake light is now replaced and working...but the "Lamp Out" light is still on.

How do I reset it? I figured it would go off on it's own. I don't want to disconnect the battery cable (really hate setting the radio stations all over again), but am about to try that if I can't find out how to resolve it.

I bet you have the same problem i had and will feel like an idiot (like i did) if it's right. Turn your lights on and check the little bulbs that illuminates your license plate. Both of mine went out together (tailight and little light) They might be related

I checked every little light located on the truck. I even checked the little license plate lights. Every light works now that I replaced the #3057 bulb for the brake light, however, the "Lamp Out" hasn't gone off yet. I'll see what happens tomorrow when I go to work.
