:help:

I am having a problem with my brakes pads wearing out on the driver's side very rapidly... Replacing every 6000-7000 mi. I have rebuilt the calipers and changed to slotted rotors. The rotors helped a little, but still a big a problem. Can anyone help me??? Pleeeease. :help:

Try changing the brake hoses and make sure the caliper slides are lubed.

When you rebuilt the calipers, did you hone the bores to remove any burrs or rust build-up?

The calipers were actually replaced with new ones, not rebuilt (my mistake) and we did grease the slides.

Can I just flush the fluid, or do I need to replace the brake lines??

Thanks so much for your help.

I certainly won't hurt to have fresh fluid in the system.

But try changing the front brake hoses....the flexible rubber ones. Sometime they will start to collapse internally.
