2001 dodge 3/4 ton cummings 5 speed

I went outside to start my truck , I just got back from the store and when i went to start it again the engine light come on and when it started there is no Throttle? It started but remains in high idle and stepping on the pedal wont do anthing. getting codes p0123 which is throttle position sensor high imput switch and

p0500 code Vehicle speed sensor Malfunction
and don't know if its related but code p1693 turbo charge control circuit malfuction


please help

You can try resetting the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor, APPS.
Disconnect both batteries for 20 minutes, reconnect, with the keyswitch ON, slowly mash the throttle to the floor then slowly release then turn the keyswitch off.

tried that, thanks, but still no gas pedal , I will mention that the oil sending unit crapped out 2 years ago, and i could'nt aford to replace it with fctory , was lkike 500+ so i put in a aftermarked and it worked for a while, now it won't work prpperly.

Does the truck engine need to read a oil presure, could this be the broblem? is so funny it decieded to do this now 2 years later
