Pic 'n' Pull (junk yard) is your best bet. That's where I got mine. eBay or Amazon will probably have one, as well.

Kinda late to the party, but a multi point socket will fit over the end. For the life of me I can't remember the size. I use one on mine, can't fit the extension on with my roll pan. If I get a chance I'll look later, wife is driving the truck to go grocery shopping.

Yeah, what kb112 said.. I ran into this issue once.. I used a socket some extensions and my air impact.. Dropped that tire in 5 seconds! LOL!

A ratchet and extensions should do the job just fine though for know though..

Good luck replacing the stuff that was stolen..
