A 34" or 35" tire should fit with the leveling kit and those wheels (18x9 with a 5" backspace) no problem.

According to the Toyo website it looks like they have 4 tires in 18" in that range:

275/70/18 = 10.8" wide x 33.2" tall
33x12.5x18 = 12.5" wide x 33" tall
285/75/18 = 11.2" wide x 34.8" tall
35x12.5x18 = 12.5" wide x 35" tall

As far as the stuffed look, some think the 35s make it look stuffed and some like it - they can chime in. The other consideration is that the 12.5" wide tires will stick out about 1.5" past the fenders with those wheels - the 11.2" or 10.8" wide tires ... not so much.

yes some will say that 35's on a leveled truck look stuff, and to not do any serious offroading becuase you will rub hard.

33's look good on a leveled ram

Alright, I cant decide between the 285-75-18 and the 35-12.5-18? So confused? I don't want to get the 285's and be like daggum it, I should of got the 35's. And I also don't want to get the 35's and be like dang, thats too much tire?

Anybody got pics of a 285-75 and/or a 35 Toyo MT with a level?

update.... I am going to go with the 285-75-18.... to keep my mpg from going down as much as the 35's would make it and I like the look/stance of 06hemiram's truck (idk if this is his name, it's the red truck with a black hood, front bumper, and 285-75-18 bfg KM2's). Thanks again, and what is the best place (cheapest) to order those rims and tires?

Thanks

His truck does look good - but his are 33" tall because he has 285/70/17s. The 285/75/18s are the same width, but because they are 18" wheels and the tires have a 75 profile, they end up being close to 35s as I mentioned above. So from a performance perspective they would not be much better than the 35x12.5s because of the similar diameter, but they are lighter tires, which would help some.

Check with Bob at moesperformance.com - they sell Procomp wheels, and even if they do not list these on the website, they can probably get them. You could also try him for tires , but if he does not sell Toyos, then you could try www.onlinetires.com

If anything you can use them for any local places that will price match, such as Discount Tire.

oh yea there 35x12.5x17
Your truck looks great, but I think the 2500s are higher than the 1500s when leveled, so that might explain why yours do not look stuffed.

Thanks ggravant, I did miss that, but I was going from memory on his tire size. I will check out moesperformance.com for the rims and tires as well. Thanks again and I will be sure to update you all as it all comes together!

I would go 33's but I don't want them to look like the stock size... If there are any 33x12.5x18's on a 1500... I would like to see pics

35-12.20-18 on 18x9 rims with 4.5" backspacing. I love the look of them and personally I wouldn't get anything smaller. They will rub a little on the wheel well liners but nothing that will ever do any damage.

Sorry but I don't have any better pics.

Alright, the more I look at his truck, the more I like the stance with less stuffage... quietpeen, I think you have swayed me on this one. Also, tires are going to be cheaper and my mpg won't go down as much, which is good b/c I need to be conservative when I start at Auburn next year... Thanks again
