great advice. thank you

that thought came to me last night actually. i'm a spontaneous person most times and it can get me in trouble and also cause buyers remorse. i wanted to purchase ASAP because 1. I want it! and 2. i don't want to go into tax season where everybody has money burning a hole in their pocket and the dealers are less flexible. i'll just keep my eye out so when i do purchase whatever i get is because i wanted those specs, not because i settled for those specs.

Glad to be of assistance. I'm sure you'll be happier with the truck you want, than you would be with the truck you settled for. There's nothing like walking out the front door every day, seeing your truck parked outside, and thinking to yourself... "That's a nice truck". If you ask me, it sure beats thinking to youself... "I like the truck, but....".

If it were me I would spend the extra ~$2k and get a truck with 20k less miles and the bigger engine....
