Hey guys my problem is that since I bought the D in 06, there has always been a dead pixal in the nav screen, I wanted to know if I could have it replaced under warranty ; the green dont on the screen is really starting to bother me.

Thanks guys; my next question is, would they put in a myGiG nav or the same nav that I already have? The reason I am asking is that, the model I have has a very flimsy joy stick that feels like it is about to break off everytime you touch it.
The dot really isnt that big, here is what it looks like:

They will replace it with whatever came stock on the vehicle. You may be able to talk them into letting you pay a little extra and upgrading you to the MyGig. Just ask, the worst thing that could happen is they say no.

There is also a newer Nav Unit with the better joystick. That should be the one they replace yours with.
