My 2005 Durango 4.7L has a coolant issue. About every 500 miles or so I have to add about 1.75 quarts of coolant. I take the radiator cap off and I am breaking a vacuum and coolant rushes into the surge tank. I add more coolant and burp it with the Allen-head plug. I’m using G-05 coolant (cut 50/50 with distilled water) and it is clear and not cloudy at all (I did a flush a few months ago). The oil looks fine. I cannot find any obvious signs of leaks. Any guesses as to what might be going on?
