Hows that 2400 stall working for you on the street?
Low end still there?

i did it cause the truck had a bad shake at idle. the cam was just SO choppy on the trans. hoped to loosen her up some.
weelll. the truck still shakes! it does creep from a light. i didnt lose much if at all on the low side. actually made the truck easyer to park. MAN! watch out when you punch it. the flash of the 2400 is wicked! changed ALL my shift points too. the trans wount think about the next gear till 2800. takes some getting used to. kinda high for me, yet not too bad.
hard to describe. real bad gas mileage. what else can i say?

seriously though, update on the new goodies.
the 2400 stall was way tight brand new. it would rev me up till 3K - 2800 which had me worried. now after a month the stall is slowly coming down to a more comfortable range. down to about 2600 now. maybe i would have been happier with a 2200. or maybe the 2400 should come down some more. torque converters have a brake in period right? it really feels like i have more power. the stockers are junk!
and the detroit truetrac is just an exceptional carrier! just what i expected in an upgrade.
