I'm a newbie to the forum, my daughter has a '03 Caravan with 3.3L that has by what I see in other threads is a common problem although her P/S pump goes a bit beyond a simple "whining". It started when the weather started to get cold (I'm in Wisconsin). I am going to try the Lucas fluid thing first but should I need to replace the pump, here is the magic question...will I hate myself for volunteering to help her (like I have a choice . I am an experienced mechanic. Special tools required??
