Can someone tell me how to change the headlights to come on when you start the Durango 2001 as they do in canadian vehicles?

Just do a web search on daytime running lights. They are tons of kits.

Can go to the dealership as well and as if they'll enable it.

There is nothing to enable. The Canadian vehicles have an additional module ,

Newer vehicles can be done in the ECM, older models as in a 2001 need a module.
