Having installed the Power Wire on my 05 4.7 two weeks ago everything was fine till this weekend.I developed a kind of a miss going up a hill or down on the pedal.Check engine light came on and the next morning I made the mistake and cleared it.Removed the power wire and the truck still has a miss.Called the dealer to line a visit they told me without a code they have nothing to go on.Does a code remain in the system or is it gone?I thought the gas maybe bad.Thought one of you guys may have had the same problem.

If the engine still has the miss then the light will come back on. Just give it time.

Bad Gas or Plugs

Evev though it may be bad gas that causes the engine to miss would the light still come back on.Resulting of the bed gas.

Light came back on this morning,headed for the dealership in the morning....

Went to the Dodges boys with the miss.Turned out to be "fouled" plug.I guess the rest will go before long.........
