Hi guys, I have a 2008 Hemi durango with a mopar catback, and I have recently removed the VOLANT just to reduce the (4 banger) sound when the MDS kicks in...Is there a way to get rid of the MDS either electrically or mechanically.....I am an owner of a 300 C-SRT8 and a previous owner of a C300 Hemi with lots of mods..BUT I have the DIABLO programmer with CMR to take care of it, but nothing so far for the Hemi Durangos :tdwn:.
One note though, I live abroad in KUWAIT where the gas is dirt cheap :rck:

Why would you buy an MDS model? I don't think you can turn it off, I don't believe the designers foresaw a reason to create a shut off for that system...

We ALL wish we lived where gas was dirt cheap... we'd put ever performance part imaginable into our trucks... lol

SCT can disable MDS as well....but I don't think any of the tuners work on a 08 as per now.
