Can the maximum RPM shift point on the 2004 ATX be changed? Even if I try and shift manually the car will still up shift at 5,900 RPM’s.

A mopar performance pcm will change your shift points. You may be able to have a dealer reflash your computer with different codes to change your shift pionts. The mopar pcm runs about 268 after taxes at the dealer.
