Lift for 2WD with Manual Trans?

Just got a 2001 2WD Dakota Sport with a manual transmission and I want to lift it to give it a cooler look. Do ya'll have any suggestions on what type of lift kit would be the best, most reasonably priced and safest. Thanks.
