Whats involved in replacing the front springs with a spring lift? Step by step would be heplful. Mines a 99 2500 CC Diesel. :rck: :rck:

check out http://www.pavementsucks.com/tech/lift.php . similar, only you are replacing the coils, not adding spacers. also, check out skyjacker's web site. they have instruction manuals online to help you out.

that i remember, all you do is jack the vehicle up by the frame, pull off wheels, tires, brakes, calipers, and rotors., disconnect the lower links, and shocks. drop the coil in place (i didn't need a spring compressor to do this), then drop new shocks in. plus you'll need to replace the bump stops if adding taller springs. while you're there, you should put in a new track bar. this is for a 3" lift and less. more left requires more parts.

oh my screw up. just pull the wheels and tires off. had a brain fart! i replaced axle seals and axle u-joints the other day therefore i had to pull brakes...along with alot of other crap.
