So I pulled into work a little bit ago, and notice a pretty substantial puddle of coolant behind my passenger side front wheel. it appears to be leaking off one of the lines near the firewall and down the plastic wheel well covers.

Any ideas where the source might be?

Sounds like a loose line going to the heater core (behind the firewall under the hood). There are two lines. Check the metal clips holding the hose on. If they're badly rusted/cracked they should be replaced.

Another way to check is if you have a UV trouble light, add some UV dye to the coolant. Drive it for a bit and then pop the hood and the dye will light up using a UV bulb to help you pinpoint the leak.
