check the weather stripping on both the windsheild and the rear window. my girlfriend's cavalier did the same thing. fortunately her car was under warentee. but water was leaking in the bottom of the windsheild and draining from behind the dash to the back seat. could be the same problem you guys are having

check the under hood weather stripping could be that, also check your windshield out, see if you notice and gaps or areas were the windshield looks like its not sealed good,

another solution but this would be all the time not just when it rains but the heater core leaks on the pass side, does the water have a smell like antifreeze?

Same thing happened in the boyfriends Sebring Conv. It seemed like it was only during the rain, but we live in the Seattle area...so it rains all the time! We checked the stripping, fine...we checked the heater core, fine...and it being a convertible, we were pretty sure thats where it was coming from...we were WRONG!

When driving, we could hear the water sloshing around. There is a bar (part of the frame) that runs along the sides of the car, which we drilled a couple holes in and water gushed out. Somehow the frame bars were getting water in them and clogged. It was very strange...

Anyways, just a thought if you can find no other cause.
