Hello. So I have my 2017 grand caravan in for service at the moment; first item is replacing the headlight assembly for the front passenger side.

Second issue is to replace back blower and resistor for the air conditioner.
My question is, does anyone know an approximation of how many hours of labor this will take, or is there somewhere I can look this up? I feel like they are trying to charge way too many hours of labor for this.

Thank you!

So do you know approximately how long that should take an experienced dealership to replace? What is the basis of the estimation of the price you gave? Just to i can go in with some knowledge. This is at my local dealership, in Texas.

Dealerships are going to use a book value, based on a typical time a repair should take. You will be charged this regardless of how long it takes. The headlamp shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes in theory. The rear blower motor is more complex, I'd guess around 1.5 hours, depending.
